About Equip Nepal
Healthy families.
Inclusive communities.
Equip Nepal (Susajit Nepal) is a non-profit social organization working for the public good. It was officially registered at the Lalitpur District Administration Office on December 20, 2023, and is also affiliated with the Social Welfare Council. The organization is committed to promoting healthy families, healthy and inclusive self-reliant communities, and sustainable development through holistic development work.
Its main objectives include capacity building; leadership and skills development training; support for vulnerable and disadvantaged people; mental health education and suicide prevention awareness; health services for women and children; disability inclusion and empowerment; support for small businesses, agriculture, and local products; and disaster preparedness, risk reduction, rescue, relief, and recovery support. The organization works in collaboration with the government, non-governmental and international organizations, companies, and donors in accordance with Nepal's prevailing laws.

Building healthy, prosperous, and self-reliant families and communities through training, leadership development, skills development, and capacity building.

Providing social, economic, legal, and educational support to poor, sick, marginalized persons with disabilities, orphans, widows, survivors of violence and abuse, displaced people, and homeless people.

Mental Health & Essential Services
Providing mental health support, counseling, care, and suicide prevention services for everyone, including women, children, and people with disabilities, along with health education and essential health services.

Building inclusive and disability-friendly communities, providing counseling, and helping persons with disabilities become self-reliant and empowered.

Promoting small businesses, agriculture, enterprises, and local products through skills training, financial management, marketing, business support, and the effective use of local resources.
